Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Lithographic Communications is a printing industry innovator dedicated to providing the highest quality of customer service. The perfect candidate enjoys working with people to ensure excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction through both email and phone. In this position, you would be at the frontline of our business and the direct line of communication for clients.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Address inquiries about what we offer and what our capabilities are.
- Investigate customer concerns about our services, product, pricing, etc.
- Process customer orders and see them through production to ensure the product is up to standards before delivery.
- Provide insight for customers to help brainstorm different products or options depending on their goals.
- Maintaining great customer rapport, understanding their needs, and give personalized service.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Mailing and Printing knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Adaptability (Many jobs are different and require different attention to detail. Clients have personalized needs, and it’s our job to meet them!)
- Technical Proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft programs will be extremely beneficial. Such as Word, Access, Excel, etc.)
- Must be a Team Player! – Although many customers have a direct representative, during busy seasons we all help each other out. Your success is our success!
